Our Services

At an initial meeting, we will issue you with a disclosure document describing in detail our service to you and how we will represent you and how we will be remunerated.

It is our role to fully establish your current financial circumstances, your immediate financial needs and your future expectations. We will search the whole of market to source the products best suited to your specific needs. We have a duty of care to recommend or provide information on products most suitable to your individual requirements and that those products are affordable, based on the information you have supplied to us. Having identified the most appropriate product we will prepare and submit any application forms and liaise directly with the company to ensure all necessary information and documents are made available in order that your application can be processed promptly.

In the majority of cases we are paid for our services directly by the provider out of their normal charges. This means that making arrangements through us will cost you no more than if you dealt directly with them. In some cases, particularly if there are credit difficulties, we may charge a fee. Where a fee is chargeable, we would discuss this matter with you before you decide whether or not to continue with our advice. Our initial meeting or discussion is completely free of charge and there is no obligation to take things further. You're in control at all times and you'll always know exactly how much our advice will cost.

We will aim to deliver what we have promised, but in the unlikely event that something does not go to plan, we will do everything we can to put matters right. We have a complaints procedure that is easy to use if you are unhappy about anything we have done. Details of the procedure will be available on the Initial Disclosure Document we will provide you with.

We will allow you to “Opt in or Opt out” of our ongoing review service which if you opt in ensures we contact you in the future in order to review your circumstances.
